Most patients will feel a little sting when the product is injected into the skin, this will only last a few seconds. Ice and topical anaesthetic are used when injecting filler.
Most patients will experience little to no side effects after their injectable treatment. Occasionally patients may experience soreness, swelling, bruising, &/or minor headache. Rarely complications may include infection, allergic reactions and eyelid drooping. While a surgical or invasive procedure carries risks and often results in significant downtime, most patients return to their normal activities directly after our treatments.
Most patients will receive 2-3 months out of muscle relaxant treatments and up to 12 months out of filler treatments. Results and longevity of our cosmetic injections on the Gold Coast vary from patient to patient.
